Utilizing the ancient technologies of ecstatic dance, sound healing and Sundo in a transformative trilogy, we drop into a clear, relaxed and completely present state. In this state, we reconnect with the deepest parts of ourselves and realign to our path. It's a deeply transformative experience that will leave you feeling both invigorated and peaceful. More importantly, the state you enter will help guide your life forward in a potent and supportive way.
These master teachers, DJs, and musicians guide the way.
DJ, Music Producer
Hailing from San Francisco, Izzy Wise is a multi-instrumentalist and DJ who produces eclectic dance music that bounces from West Africa to the West Indies, and all points in between. For more than a decade Wise cut his teeth in SF, DJing at parties including Afrolicious and venues including The Independent, Monarch and 1015 Folsom. His pursuit for unique rhythms and melodies has led him to the jungles of Nicaragua and fabled islands lost in the Caribbean Sea. Wise releases music on imprints like Délicieuse Records, Lips & Rhythm and Mule Musiq. His original output reflects a well-blended taste of disco, boogie, funk and house. Wise also plays live with a variety of instruments that he works into his energetic performances. His sets are best described as funky underground ethnomusicology courses with hypnotic grooves.

We start the day with Sundo, a Korean form of Taoist Yoga, to cultivate our energy. From there, we practice embodiment techniques and then utilize ecstatic dance to move and circulate the energy through our bodies in a way that's unique to our own needs. Finally, we relax and receive as we go on an expertly guided shamanic sound healing journey to heal all the places we've opened in our inner selves.
We break for lunch where we get the chance to support one another in our collective expansion, and then we dance and learn deep breathing techniques in the afternoon.
