Dancer Favorite: Recovery Smoothie

Michelle Carmen Rossi of Rhythmic Seed Dancing Cuisine loves to whip up this superfood smoothie to refuel after a long dance session. Try it!

Dancer’s Recovery Smoothie


  • Frozen Banana (1-2)
  • Coconut Water (1 cup)
  • Acai (1 frozen pack) or any type of fruit (1 cup)
  • Spinach (1 handful)
  • Chia Seeds (1/2 cup, soaked)
  • Hemp Seeds (3 tablespoons)
  • Bee Pollen (1 teaspoon)
  • Chlorella (1 teaspoon)
  • Moringa (1 teaspoon)
  • Maca (1 tablespoon)
  • Turmeric (1 tablespoon)
  • Cacao Powder (1-2 tablespoons)
  • Pink Salt (dash)
  • Vega Protein Powder (1 scoop)

  1. Mix well in high powered blender.
  2. Enjoy!
